Over the past few years CLA Builders has grown into one of the more successful
residential construction firms in the area. We have been involved with a
variety of projects ranging from off-the shelf residential prints to high-end
Custom Design along with various Light Commercial projects.
Overall, we have directly participated in the design and construction of 32 custom homes, 8
duplex units, and 12 condominiums over the last 4 years. We have been fortunate to be
associated with Vista Developers as one of their Approved Builders. Below is a brief

Green Building design
CLA Builders Inc. is pleased to announce that we now are certified installers
for Nudura Insulated Concrete Forms. ICF’s are a proven energy efficient technology. Whether
used as a substitute for Poured-In-Place concrete walls or for the entire house, ICF’s offer an
insulation rating of R-50 for walls (compared to a conventional insulation value of R-19) and
almost zero moisture penetration into the house envelope.
